Kenro offers a complete on-site ISO certified mold construction and maintenance facility. Our 6,000 square foot tool room includes state of the art CNC machining centers for efficient mold production and controlled costs. In-house journeyman toolmakers team with outside tool builders to offer the best solution in time, cost, and expertise.

Engineering

Our certified engineering group uses CAD systems, on-line transfer, finite element analysis, and mold flow analysis to evaluate part and mold design to maximize your project and eliminate manufacturing problems before they arise. Kenro's full range of design, materials and process engineering expertise is available to you for new mold development or to refine an existing mold.

Kenro is a single-source provider, fully staffed to manage your project from inception through mold design and build, materials formulations, manufacturing and delivery of a finished quality product at a reasonable cost.

Design Engineering: Kenro's engineering staff has considerable expertise in part and tool design allowing us to improve product quality and reduce cost while adding design options to finished products.

Materials Engineering: We partner with external technical resources to create materials that help us produce quality products as well as define the appropriate applications for each of the materials.

Process Engineering: Our experienced process engineering staff provides us the opportunity to develop and monitor the ideal process to yield the high quality products we are known for - whether it be injection, compression, or transfer molding.
